David Fletcher is knowledgable, prepared, and helpful. He helped my husband and I both sell our home and purchase a new home. David and Brenda Fletcher were the best partners I could possibly have had when the house I've been renting for over 8 years went up for sale. I was not in the best place to buy, but I also didn't want to move to ensure some stability for myself and my family. David did a walkthrough of the house with me and noted that it had solid bones and would likely be a good purchase. Once I committed to buying, he handled all the paperwork along with the lender and the title company. Purchasing the house with everyone's help went smoother than even buying a car. I have zero regrets in choosing David's services and would highly recommend him if you are considering buying (or selling) a house.

We just bought a home and sold one, both with David’s assistance, but that’s not a strong enough word. He’s an incredible realtor. He helped us make a strong offer on the house that was accepted and then painlessly sell our current place. He and his staff made everything so easy—paperwork, inspections, repairs, mortgage/title companies, everything. Every professional that he recommend we work with was also absolutely top-notch.
